This role is a maternity leave cover with the possibility of extension.


Top responsibilities:


  • Maintain and improve quality of service and KPIs
  • Together with the customer service team, ensure and maintain the highest possible customer satisfaction level
  • Mentoring the customer service team members
  • Ensure the day-to-day operation of customer service team 

(scheduling and planning the Urgent Support duty for national / international holidays, Approving / denying the vacation or home office requests, Organizing the call+chat schedule)

  • Overseeing and assessing customer service team activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback
  • Investigating and resolving senior level customer complaints
  • Striving to continuously improve the education level of the customers
  • Taking part in new recruitments (interviews, job offer creation, CV monitoring)
  • Manage team members working remotely
  • Performing additional duties where needed 


Requirements: 


  • Spoken languages: native Hungarian, professional English 
  • 2+ years of work experience in a similar position
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong people management skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Proficiency in multitasking
